This is a manifestation of the strong partnership of the academe and the local government; and an indication of LGU-Diplahan and its leadership’s steadfast support and concern for the welfare of its constituents bringing University education at the doorstep of the underserved and marginalized in this part of Zamboanga Sibugay.
